DOSAGE
Take 1–2 capsules 30–60 minutes before bedtime with water. For particularly restless nights, you may take up to 3 capsules. Suitable for vegetarians. 100% kosher. Do not use if safety seal is broken. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
