Refund policy

  1. Return Policy
    1. We are offering a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products on first orders only. 

      Please email us at support@rainwellbeing.com within 30 days of the date of placing your first order if you are not satisfied with any product(s) and follow the returns process we notify to you in reply to your email, including returning the applicable product(s) to us, at your own cost, to the address we notify you. 

      When we receive the returned products(s), we will issue you with a refund via the same method you used to pay. Please allow up to 30 working days from our receipt of returned product(s) for us to process your return and issue a refund. We recommend you obtain proof of postage. All products remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We are offering this promotion until further notice.
    2. You may only return Products in accordance with your Right to Cancel (see clause 7) or if we have supplied you Products in breach of your legal rights or in accordance with clause 5.6 if we have failed to deliver.
    3. Unless we tell you otherwise, if you wish to return Products to us, please ensure that you:
      1. contact us in advance by email at support@rainwellbeing.com to tell us that you wish to return the Product so that we know to expect it;
      2. obtain a returns number from us. Note that we will not be able to process return Products without a corresponding returns number;
      3. place the returns number clearly on the outside of the packaging of the Product to be returned;
      4. include a copy of the invoice with the returned Product;
      5. retain proof of posting; and
      6. follow any other reasonable instructions given by us.
      If you don’t comply with this Return Policy such that we don’t receive back the Products in a timely manner, it may not be possible for us to process any refund due.
    4. Please return all Products to us at the address specified by us in reply to your email.
    5. We will not be able to accept any Products that have been returned in breach of clause 9.1. If we are unable to accept a returned Product, we will contact you using the most up to date contact details provided to us. If we are unable to accept a returned Product, we will, at your request, return the Product to you at your cost or make it available for collection.
