Taking Flow State for the past 2 weeks has been a 100% positive experience.
It’s remarkable how fast my mental state shifted, all be it quite subtle.
On the first day I actually felt mentally all over the place, so not at all focused, however, my mood felt lighter. I found myself laughing more, even within the day's routined activites, I found myself cracking jokes when usually the mundainity would have flatened that impulse. By the second day I did feel more focused, more present. It just happened to be a week which demanded a lot of challenging academic mental focus, which I do struggle with anyway, so it was a little tricky to assertain how much mental focus the Flow was helping me with. The task was still difficult but maybe not as difficult if I hadn’t taken Flow! One of the most pronounced effects was the diminishing of mind chatter, I definitely felt more peaceful.
