I have been stuck in fight or flight for years, relying on caffeine to push me through hard work days, and working with a nervous system that is totally out of whack (little did i realise the damage this was doing).

I decided to try flow state to replace coffee as a final trip to the doctor meant all caffeine was ruled out but i was very worried about loosing my momentum at work if i slipped into a more 'relaxed' space.

The RAIN Candle is my most favourite scented candle. It comes in an extremely attractive marblelised container which looks so sophisticated It provides a wonderful relaxing aromatic environment so often other scented candles have an unfortunate lingering smell RAIN doesn't and I love it
